摘　　要：针对煤质在线检测装置在相关行业应用的实际需求,对不同的煤质在线检测装置的原理、优缺点进行了介绍。以MDL-200型煤质在线检测装置为例,介绍了其主要功能、特点及在某电厂的应用。该煤质在线检测装置的检测精度可满足电厂日常生产的需求,通过实时检测入炉煤皮带煤流煤质数据,并实现煤流全过程跟踪,掌握入炉燃烧煤炭实时煤质数据,可实现计算实时经济指标、实时锅炉运行优化调整等,使锅炉不受煤质及负荷波动影响,一直运行在最佳状态,为电厂带来可观的经济效益。为煤质在线检测装置在电厂及其他行业的应用提供参考。According to the actual demand of coal quality on-line detection device in related industries,the principle,advantages and disadvantages of different principles of coal quality on-line detection are introduced.Taking mdl-200 coal quality on-line detection device as an example,and introduces its main functions,characteristics and application in a power plant.The detection accuracy of the on-line coal quality detection device can meet the needs of the daily production of the power plant.Through real-time detection of the coal quality data of the coal flow into the furnace belt,coal flow tracking and mastering the coal quality data of the coal combustion into the furnace,it can realize the calculation of real-time economic indicators and the optimization adjustment of real-time boiler operation,so that the boiler will not be affected by the fluctuation of coal quality and load,and it has been running in the best state for electricity.The factory brings considerable economic benefits and can provide reference for the application of coal quality online detection device in other power plants and other industries.
