摘 要:文章设计了一种能多点点火的多功能定容燃烧实验装置,可用于预混层流燃烧、壁面多点点火和燃料喷雾特性等实验研究;介绍了该定容燃烧实验装置的整体结构,并分别介绍了配气系统、数据采集系统、加热系统、点火系统和高速纹影系统等子系统;重点说明了该定容燃烧实验装置多点点火系统的组成及实施方法;最后进行了常温、常压条件下不同当量比甲烷空气燃烧实验验证。结果表明,该定容燃烧装置可以在不同环境温度、不同环境压力、不同当量比以及不同点火参数(火花塞位置、火花塞数量、点火电极间隙、点火能量)等情况下实现预混层流燃烧和壁面多点点火。This paper designs a multi-function constant volume combustion experimental device with multi-point ignition,which can be used for experimental research on premixed laminar combustion,wall multi-point ignition and fuel spray characteristics.The overall structure of the constant volume combustion experimental device is introduced.The subsystems such as gas distribution system,data acquisition system,heating system,ignition system and high-speed schlieren system are also introduced.Particularly,the composition and implementation method of the multi-point ignition system of the experimental device are discussed.Experiments on methane-air combustion under different equivalence ratios at normal temperature and pressure are made.The results show that the constant volume combustion device can perform premixed laminar combustion and wall multi-point ignition under different ambient temperatures,different environmental pressures,different equivalence ratios,and different ignition parameters(spark plug position,number of spark plugs,ignition electrode gap and ignition energy).
