摘 要:二氧化钛(TiO2)是一种具有光催化活性的纳米晶半导体,在自然界有锐钛矿、金红石、板钛矿三种结晶形态.TiO2因其低成本、无毒、理化性质稳定、吸附性好等优点而备受关注,是目前研究最多的光催化半导体材料.但是,TiO2是宽禁带半导体,只能吸收紫外区域的光波,这在一定程度上限制TiO2在光催化领域的应用.因此,为了拓宽TiO2在可见光区域的吸收范围,将TiO2与其他材料复合改性,提高TiO2对可见光的利用效率.贵金属银(Ag)掺杂TiO2作为一种相对较新的半导体材料,被认为是可行性最高的改性方案.通过在TiO2表面沉积Ag纳米粒子,在TiO2与Ag之间形成的肖特基势垒,可以高效捕获光生电子,促进电荷有效分离,从而提高TiO2的光催化活性.此外,金属银抗菌技术和材料具有“持久”、“高效”、“安全”等特性,被国际上公认为当前最理想、最为安全环保的新型抗菌技术和材料.因此将Ag纳米颗粒负载在TiO2上形成Ag-TiO2复合材料,不仅可以增强TiO2在可见光波段的光谱响应,改善TiO2的光催化性能,拓宽TiO2纳米材料的应用领域,还可以提高TiO2抑菌活性,从而对TiO2的实际应用产生积极影响.本文综述了Ag-TiO2复合纳米材料的制备及其在光催化应用方面的研究进展.Titanium dioxide(TiO2)is a kind of nanocrystalline semiconductor with photocatalytic activity,which contains three crystal forms of anatase,rutile and brookite in nature.TiO2 has attracted much attention due to its low cost,non-toxic,stable physical and chemical properties,excellent adsorption capacity and so on,which has become the most studied photocatalytic semiconductor material at present.However,TiO2 can only absorb light waves in the ultraviolet region as a wide bandgap semiconductor,which limits the application of TiO2 in the field of photocatalysis to some extent.Therefore,in order to broaden the absorption range of TiO2 in visible light area,TiO2 was modified with other materials to improve the utilization efficiency of TiO2 in visible light.As a relatively new semiconductor material,precious metal silver(Ag)doped TiO2 is considered to be the most feasible modification scheme.the Schottky barrier is formed between TiO2 and silver by depositing silver nanoparticles on the surface of TiO2,which can efficiently capture photogenerated electrons,promote effective charge separation,and thus improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.Besides,based on the characteristics of endurance,efficiency and safety,silver antibacterial technology and materials are internationally recognized as ideal,safest and environmentally friendly new antibacterial technology and photocatalytic materials.Thus,Ag-TiO2 composite materials formed by silver nanoparticles loaded TiO2 can not only enhance the spectral response of TiO2 in the visible light,thus improving the photocatalytic performance,and broadening the application area of TiO2 nanomaterials,but also improve the antibacterial performance of TiO2.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on preparation and in photocatalytic application of Ag-TiO2 composite nanomaterials.
