摘  要:针对某多金属矿存在的风流紊乱,通风系统排尘、排烟效果差,系统漏风严重,有效通风断面不足,采场通风条件差及局部区域污风循环,通风能耗高等问题,采用多级机站通风,以实际生产数据为基础,进行矿井通风网络的解算。优化方案的采用降低了矿井通风阻力,矿井有效风量增加,可靠性提升。通风系统优化改造后,井下通风条件明显改善,有效地解决通风系统现有问题,为矿山安全生产提供保障。Due to the problems of turbulent air flow,dust and smoke exhaust of the ventilation system,serious system air leakage,insufficient effective ventilation section,poor ventilation conditions in the stope,circulation of sewage in local areas,and high ventilation energy consumption in a polymetallic mine,the multi-stage station ventilation is adopted.Based on actual production data,the mine ventilation network is calculated.The adoption of the optimized scheme reduces the ventilation resistance of the mine,the effective air volume of the mine is increased,and the reliability is improved.After the optimization and transformation of the ventilation system,the underground ventilation conditions have been significantly improved,which effectively solved the existing problems of the ventilation system as well as ensured sustainable mine production.
