摘 要:在事故状态下,罐式炉不能长时间停止运行,此时,需开启旁通烟道闸板,通过烟囱自然抽力迅速将烟气排除。该文首先分析了烟囱紧急情况下排烟存在的问题,并针对在冷态运行时烟囱能否及时将罐式炉产生的高温烟气抽出进行了数值模拟。数值模拟模型建立采用Bentley Microstation XM软件,前处理模型编辑、网格划分及分析计算采用ANSYS 13.0,后处理采用Tecplot 3602008软件,稳态及瞬态模拟采用二维模型和三维模型2种方式进行。最后通过二维稳态、三维稳态和二维瞬态的模拟,对三维瞬态模拟进行了验证,最终的三维瞬态结果是合理且满足物理规律的,得出事故状态下,烟囱需要建立最大抽力的时间为22.5 s,解决方案对罐式炉厂房建筑进行优化或设置可控的排烟装置。In an accident condition,a pot calciner is not allowed to keep long-time shutdown,thus it is necessary to open the bypass flue gate to quickly discharge fume by natural draught from the chimney.In this paper looks at the problems for fume discharge through a chimney in an emergency,and presents a numerical simulation carried out on could a chimney discharge high temperature smoke from a pot calciner in time during cold running.In the numerical simulation,Bentley Microstation XM software is used for building of the model,ANSYS13.0 for edit of the pre-processing model,meshing and analysis and calculation,and Tecplot 360 of 2008 for post-processing;and a two-dimensional model and a three-dimensional model are adopted for both steady-state and transient simulations.Finally,the results of the three-dimensional transient are testified by the two-dimensional steady state,three-dimensional steady state and two-dimensional transient simulations to be reasonable and meet physical laws.It is concluded that the chimney takes 22.5 seconds to form the maximum draught.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the pot calciner building or set up controllable exhaust discharge devices.
