摘 要:我国已建成了世界上规模最大的高等教育体系,在经济快速发展的推动下,随着新工科和工程质量认证的不断推进,高校进入快速发展期。人才培养始终是社会经济发展的优先发展任务,地方高校人才培养需要适应新形势下的要求。文章对地方高校人才培养模式进行分析,以结合地方与行业需求为导向,探索新工科背景下人才培养模式转型的新思路。China has built the largest scale of higher education system in the world.With rapid economic development and continuous promotion of new engineering and engineering quality certification,colleges and universities have entered a period of rapid development,and talent training has always been the priority task in social and economic development.The direction of personnel training in local colleges and universities needs adapt to the requirements of the new situation.Considering the guidance of local and industrial needs as a direction,this paper analyzes the talent training mode of local colleges and universities,and explores new ideas for the transformation of talent training mode under the background of new engineering.
