摘 要:为评价以砍除病树和防治柑橘木虱的方法对福建省顺昌县柑橘黄龙病(Huanglongbing,HLB)的防控效果,以5点取样法对柑橘木虱田间自然种群进行监测,并开展了3年的HLB综防试验。结果表明:①春梢期和夏梢期,柑橘木虱虫口数量较低,秋梢期虫口数量最高为盛发期;若虫每年出现3个高峰期,发生期与柑橘梢期相吻合;②综防区果园株虫量均≤1.6头,有虫株率均≤1.5%,而对照区柑橘木虱虫口数量均较高,株虫量平均为10.4头,有虫株率平均为5.5%,说明本文采取的针对性防治木虱能有效地控制柑橘木虱的发生;③综防措施能有效地降低新病株率,平均相对防效高达95.53%~99.34%,说明砍除病树和针对性的防治木虱对柑橘黄龙病的蔓延具有良好的控制效果。In order to evaluate the prevention and control effect on huanglongbing(H LB)with integrated management of cutting down the diseased trees and controlling of citrus psyllid(Diaphorina citri Kuwayama)in Shunchang County,Fujian,natural population monitoring of citrus psyllid in the field by the method of five point sampling and integrated control tests of HLB were carried out for 3 years.Results showed that citrus psyllid population was at a lower level in the period of spring shoot and summer shoot while it was in peak in the period of autumn shoot.There were three peaks of nymph in one year;outbreak period of citrus psyllid was coincided with periods of citrus shoot.In orchards of integrated management areas the number of citrus psyllid per plant was less than 1.6 and the plant rate with citrus psyllid was less than 1.5%.In orchards of control areas the number of citrus psyllid was higher and the number of citrus psyllid per plant was 10.4 and the plant rate with citrus psyllid was 5.5%.It showed that targeted control measures could effectively control the citrus psyllid.Integrated management could effectively decrease newly diseased plant rate,and average relatively control efficacy reached 95.53%-99.34%.It indicated that cutting down the diseased trees and targeted control measures of citrus psyllid could had good control efficacy of the spread of Huanglongbing.
