摘　　要：为了保障机电设备的安全可靠运行,研究并设计了基于DSP芯片TMS320F28335的状态监测及预警系统。通过DSP片上及外扩的A/D转换器采集设备运行的关键状态参数,循环写入外扩的数据存储器中,为可能出现的故障提供数据支持;建立了包括预警编码、上电时间、断电时间在内的设备工作日志;开发了系统与上位机的通信接口及相关协议以实现二者间的数据传输。目前,系统已应用于静电悬浮设备,能够满足其运行状态监测及故障预警的需求。In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment,a monitoring and early-warning system is researched and designed based on TMS320 F28335 DSP chip.The key state parameters of the equipment are collected by on-chip and external A/D converter,and the parameters are written into the data storage circularly to provide data support for the possible faults;the equipment working log including early-warning code,power on time and power off time is established;the communication interface and related protocol between the system and the host computer are developed to realize the data transmission.At present,the system has been applied to the electrostatic suspension equipment,which can meet the needs of its operation condition monitoring and fault early warning.
