摘　　要：由于大数据的示值测量误差分析方法存在示值测量误差大的缺陷,为了缩小耐电压测试仪的示值测量误差,提出了基于级数展开法的耐电压测试仪示值测量误差分析。在级数展开法的基础上,通过分析测量数据采集的非线性失真误差和耐电压测试仪的动态范围误差,完成了耐电压测试仪的数据采集误差分析;采用全微分的方式表达了测量函数的增量,计算出示值测量随机误差的传递,利用级数展开法确定了示值测量随机误差的计算公式,完成了耐电压测试仪示值测量随机误差的计算;最后通过确定耐电压测试仪示值测量误差分析的干涉条件,实现了基于级数展开法的耐电压测试仪示值测量误差分析。对比实验结果表明,基于级数展开法的耐电压测试仪示值测量误差分析方法可以缩小耐电压测试仪的示值测量误差。In order to reduce the indication measurement error of the withstand voltage tester,the method of analyzing the indication measurement error of big data has the defect of large indication measurement error,the error analysis of the indication value of the withstand voltage tester based on the series expansion method is presented.On the basis of the series expansion method,the data acquisition error of the withstand voltage tester is analyzed by analyzing the nonlinear distortion error and the dynamic range error of the withstand voltage tester.The increment of the measurement function is expressed in the form of total differential,the transmission of the random error of the measurement of the display value is calculated,the formula of the random error of the measurement of the display value is determined by series expansion method,and the calculation of the random error of the indication measurement of the withstand voltage tester is completed.Finally,the interference condition of the analysis of the indication measurement error of the withstand voltage tester is determined,the error analysis of indication value of withstand voltage tester based on series expansion method is realized.The experimental results show that the error analysis method based on series expansion method can reduce the error of the voltage tester.
