摘　　要：为了解决量产LED芯片的光通量和颜色差异对下游产品的影响,LED厂家对每一款LED都按照亮度和色点坐标进行了分区。介绍了一种自动计算方法,可以给出满足产品需求的无遗漏配比方案,避免某些分区LED的库存累积,降低成本。In order to solve the impact of luminous flux and color difference of the mass-produced LED chips on downstream products,LED manufacturers divide the each kind of LED to several bins by luminance and color points.This paper introduces an automatic calculation method which can afford a solution fitting the products requirements without any omissive allocation plan to avoid LED bins stock and reduce the total cost.
