摘 要:为实现雷达结构型面精度的主动控制,提出了一种新型的鱼腹式索杆雷达结构,并建立了索力与型面位移间的映射关系.通过理论推导与有限元模型分析,明确了二维索杆结构中索力与位移的对应关系,并引入撑杆伸缩的主动调控方法,提出了基于监测索力和驱动撑杆的雷达结构主动控制系统,分析了平面鱼腹式梁和空间鱼腹式索杆雷达结构算例.结果表明,基于撑杆刚性的假定,索杆结构体系中型面位移与支撑体系的索力存在特定的比例关系.索力监测为主动控制系统提供变形信号,驱动撑杆伸长或缩短,实现结构的型面变形调控.主动控制系统可以将空间鱼腹索杆式支承结构在12级风压和风吸作用下的型面精度由0.979和1.002 mm调控到0.329和0.360 mm,表明主动控制系统的设计可为雷达结构智能化与轻量化提供新思路.To realize the active control of the surface accuracy on radar structures,a new type of fish-belly cable rod radar structure was proposed,and the mapping relationship between the cable force and the surface displacement was established.By theoretical derivation and finite element model analysis,the relationship between the cable force and the displacement in the two-dimensional cable-rod structure was clarified.And the active control method for the strut telescopic was introduced.An active control system on the radar structure based on the monitoring cable force and the driving struts was proposed.The structural calculation examples of a plane fish belly beam and a spatial fish belly cable rod radar were also analyzed.The results show that based on the assumption of brace rigidity,there is a specific proportional relationship between the profile displacement in the cable-bar structure system and the cable force of the support system.Cable force monitoring provides deformation signals for the active control system to drive the struts to extend or shorten,resulting in the structural deformation control.For a space fish bellied cable strut support structure with 12 level wind pressure and wind suction,the active control system can effectively improve the profile accuracy from 0.979 and 1.002 mm to 0.329 and 0.360 mm,respectively,showing that the design of the active control system can provide a new idea for intelligent and lightweight radar structure.
