摘 要:将六氯环三磷腈和罗丹明B-酰胺为起始原料,通过亲核取代反应合成新型聚磷腈阻燃剂。采用红外光谱、氢核磁谱和碳核磁谱(1HNMR和13 CNMR)对合成的阻燃剂结构进行表征,这些表征数据可以作为该阻燃剂的特征数据使用。其次采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)技术分析了该阻燃剂的热稳定性,结果表明合成的阻燃剂初始分解温度在286.5℃左右。将合成的阻燃剂添加于环氧树脂中,评价了其阻燃性能。氧指数数据显示添加阻燃剂的环氧树脂氧指数数值为24±0.1,较添加同样量的商用阻燃剂的氧指数更高,这表明合成的改性六氯环三聚磷腈较商用阻燃剂的阻燃效果更优,具有良好的阻燃特性。The modified polyphosphazene flame retardant was synthesized from Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and Rhodamine B-amide by nucleophilic substitution reaction.The structure of the synthesized flame retardant was characterized by IR,1HNMR and 13 CNMR,which can be used as the characteristic data of the flame retardant.The thermal stability of the flame retardant was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the flame retardant was about 286.5℃.The flame retardancy of flame retardant in epoxy resin was evaluated.The oxygen index data showed that the oxygen index of epoxy resin added with flame retardant was 24±0.1,which was higher than that of commercial flame retardant,which indicated that the modified hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene had better flame retardancy than commercial flame retardant in epoxy resin.
