摘　　要：4-氯-3-三氟甲基苯磺酰氯于邻氯苯胺在甲苯溶液中,在催化剂的存在在下,发生氨基磺酰化反应得到N-(2-氯-4-苯基)-4-氯-3-三氟甲基苯磺酰胺,然后在混酸存在下发生硝化反应,得到磺菌胺。4-chloro-3-trifluoromethylbenzenesulfonyl chloride in a solution of o-chloroaniline in toluene,in the presence of a catalyst,the aminosulfonylation reaction occurs to obtain N-(2-chloro-4-phenyl)-4-chloro-3-trifluoromethylbenzenesulfonamide then undergoes nitration reaction in the presence of mixed acid to obtain flusulfamide,with high yield,mild reaction conditions,simple operation,environmental protection,and purity of more than 99%.
