摘　　要：采用共沉淀法制备了水滑石(LDH-VO)粉体,并将其添加至KH550硅烷溶液中,通过浸渍法在2024铝合金表面制备LDH-VO改性硅烷膜。并利用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱技术对LDH-VO粉体进行结构表征,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱对硅烷膜的耐蚀性能进行研究,分别讨论了LDH-VO粉体添加量和不同pH值制备的LDH-VO粉体对铝合金表面硅烷膜的耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,不同pH值制备的LDH-VO粉体具有不同的结晶度,pH值为9时制备的LDH-VO粉体结晶度较好。不同含量的pH值为9的LDH-VO粉体改性硅烷膜层的结果表明,当添加量为100 mg/L时,硅烷膜耐蚀性能最好;当LDH-VO粉体的添加量为100 mg/L时,pH值为7的LDH-VO粉体改性的硅烷膜耐蚀性能最好。因此,利用LDH-VO粉体对硅烷膜进行改性可以有效提升铝合金的耐蚀性能。In this paper,hydrotalcite(LDH-VO)powder was prepared by coprecipitation method,which was added to KH550 silane solution,and the silane film modified by LDH-VO was prepared on the surface of 2024 aluminum alloy by impregnation method.The structure of LDH-VO powder was characterized by X-ray diffractometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The corrosion resistance of silane film was studied by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The effects of LDH-VO powder dosage and different pH values on the corrosion resistance of silane film on aluminum alloy surface were discussed.The results show that LDH-VO powders prepared at different pH values have different crystallinity,and LDH-VO powders prepared at pH=9 have better crystallinity.The silane film modified by LDH-VO powder with different contents of pH=9 has the best corrosion resistance when the addition amount is 100 mg/L;When the amount of LDH-VO powder is 100 mg/L,the silane film modified by LDH-VO powder with pH value of 7 has the best corrosion resistance.Therefore,the modification of silane film with LDH-VO powder can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.
