摘 要:海泡石粉疏松多孔结构为其提供较好的吸附性和水溶性,对含有较多天然纤维的装饰壁材墙衣来说,可产生一定的增稠性和分散性。在以稻草、棉纤维为基料的墙衣中加入海泡石粉,研究其增稠性能,结果表明:海泡石粉与墙衣辅料云母形成较为稳定的分散体系,析水体积分数低于1%;增加海泡石粉用量将显著提高墙衣黏度,在其质量分数8%时,墙衣黏度为91 mm 2·s^-1。此外,在环境温度、pH变化及贮存时间延长条件下,含有海泡石粉的墙衣配方具有较好的稳定性。The better adsorption and water solubility can be provided by the loose porous structure of sepiolite powder,and the properties of thickening and dispersibility for wall decoration materials of wall coating with more natural fibers can be obtained by it.The sepiolite powder was added to the wall clothing based on straw and cotton fiber,and its thickening properties were studied.The results showed that a relatively stable dispersion system was formed by the sepiolite powder and the wall clothing accessory mica,and the volume fraction of water separation was less than 1%.The viscosity of the wall coating could be significantly increased by increasing the amount of sepiolite powder.The viscosity of wall coating was 91 mm 2·s^-1 with the mass fraction of 8%.In addition,the wall coating formulation with sepiolite powder had better stability under the conditions of environmental temperature,pH changes and extended storage time.
