摘 要:基于燃煤电厂中SOX、NOX和颗粒物等大气污染物排放问题日益突出,在超低排放政策的大力推行下,SCR脱硝、湿法脱硫和电除尘等燃煤烟气污染物脱除技术在电力行业已广泛应用。由于SO3在燃煤烟气中含量少,毒性大,不易被污染物脱除设备捕集,且SO3大量排放对大气环境和燃煤电厂设备的正常运行均会产生不利影响,因而SO3的高效脱除逐渐成为人们的研究热点。由于碱性吸附剂对SO 3脱除效果较好,并且有效降低了SO3对电厂设备的堵塞及腐蚀等危害,因此文章针对SO3吸附剂展开综述,分别介绍了钙基吸附剂、镁基吸附剂、钠基吸附剂对SO3的脱除效果,并对其吸附特性进行对比,旨在为促进燃煤烟气中SO3的高效脱除及新型SO3吸附剂的研发提供参考。Based on the increasing problems of SO X,NO X and particulate matter emissions in coal fired power plants,with the vigorous implementation of the ultra-low emission policy,SCR denitrification,wet desulfurization,and electrical dust removal technology have been widely used in the power industry.Due to the low content of SO3 in coal-fired flue gas and high toxicity,it is not easy to be captured by pollutant removal equipment,and the large amount of SO3 emissions will adversely affect the atmospheric environment and the normal operation of coal-fired power plant equipment.Therefore,the efficient removal of SO3 has gradually become a research hotspot.Because the alkaline adsorbent has a better removal effect on SO3 and reduces the effect of SO3 on electricity clogging and corrosion of plant equipment effectively.Therefore,the article focuses on SO3 adsorbents and introduces the removal effects of calcium-based adsorbents,magnesium-based adsorbents,and sodium-based adsorbents on SO3 respectively.And the article compares their adsorption characteristics,aiming to provide a reference for promoting the efficient removal of SO3 in coal-fired flue gas and the development of new SO3 adsorbent.
