摘 要:生物化学课程是生物化工专业非常重要的一门核心基础课。通过这门课的学习,学生能够基本掌握生物化工专业大概的知识框架,为今后进行硕博科研打下基础。同时在大多数相关专业的研究生考试中,生物化学往往是必考科目,可见其重要地位。但目前生物化学课程的教授形式单调,内容枯燥无味,仍属于应试教育的方式。同学们对专业知识的掌握往往是机械性的,并没有深刻的理解,因此教师就需要对教学方式进一步的改革创新,使学生们掌握知识更牢固,专业素养更扎实。就生物化学课程存在的问题进行剖析,并进一步提出改革方案。Biochemistry course is a very important core basic course for biochemical engineering major.Through the study and research of this course,students can basically master a general knowledge framework of the major of biochemical engineering,and lay a solid foundation for further study in the future.At the same time,biochemistry is a required subject in the postgraduate examination of most relevant majors,which shows its important position.At present,the teaching form of biochemistry course is monotonous and the content is boring,which still belongs to examination-oriented education.Students’mastery of professional knowledge is often mechanical,without a deep understanding.Therefore,teachers need to further reform and innovate the teaching methods,so that students can master knowledge more firmly and have a more solid professional quality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the biochemistry course and puts forward the reform plan.
