摘　　要：渗滤液具有成分复杂、含盐量高、毒性大等特点,如果直接排放会对周围环境造成严重危害,生物处理因其成本低,是目前主要处理技术。基于生物反应床工艺,将生活垃圾转运废弃集装箱改制为生物反应床体,以废旧织物、动物骨料、泡沫混凝土、矿化垃圾等难降解生活源废物为填料,用于预处理渗滤液,当进水量为1400 L/d时,对老龄渗滤液COD去除率在40%以上,总氮去除率稳定在80%左右。该装置系统简单、成本低且无需复杂维护,同时对调节池总氮具有显著的去除效果,应用前景良好。Leachate has the characteristics of complex composition,high salt content and high toxicity,and it is harmful for the surrounding environment if discharged directly.In this study,a novel bioreactor was developed with the solid waste(waste textiles,animal aggregates,foam concrete and aged refuse)for the mature leachate treatment.Results showed that the removal rates of COD and total nitrogen(TN)were 40% and 80% respectively,with the treatment capacity of 1400 t/d.The system developed has the advantages of simple system,low cost and no complex maintenance.Especially,it has a significant removal rate for TN of mature leachate.Therefore,the novel has a good application prospect.
