特战队员心理应激水平及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨特战队员心理应激发生情况及其影响因素。方法以心理应激自评量表(PSET)、中文版压力感知量表(CPSS)和军人情绪调节方式量表(AERTQ)为研究工具,对武警部队不同地域的7个建制单位321名特战队员施测,并应用SPSS进行统计分析。结果 (1)特战队员的心理应激得分为(14.169±3.846)分,低于军人常模,其中标准T分≥70的13人,占总人数4.3%。其心理应激发生频次较多的条目依次为4、1、9、2;(2)心理应激高、低分组压力感知和情绪调节方式中认知重视、情感求助和自我安慰3个维度得分均有显著差异;(3)特战队员心理应激水平与压力感知和认知重视呈显著正相关,与情感求助和自我安慰呈显著负相关。其中压力感知和认知重视可正向预测心理应激,自我安慰可负向预测心理应激。结论特战队员整体心理应激水平较低。压力感知与情绪调节方式是影响特战队员心理应激的重要因素,干预压力感知和情绪调节方式能有效降低队员的心理应激水平。Objective To explore the psychological stress and its influencing factors of special soldiers.Methods Psychological Stress Self-Evaluation Test(PSET),Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Armymen(AERTQ)were used to assess 321 special soldiers from seven units of armed police forces at different regions.SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Results(1)The psychological stress score of these special soldiers was(14.169±3.846),lower than the military norm.A total of 13 soldiers(4.3%)had standard score T≥70.The items with more frequent occurrence of psychological stress were 4,1,9 and 2.(2)The scores of stress perception and emotion regulation(cognitive focus,affective appeal and self-comfort)were significantly different between the high and low psychological stress score groups.(3)The level of psychological stress of the special soldiers was significantly positively correlated with the stress perception and cognitive focus,and negatively correlated with the affective appeal and self-comfort.The stress perception and cognitive focus could positively predict the psychological stress level,while self-comfort could negatively predict the psychological stress level.Conclusion The overall psychological stress level of special soldiers is low.Stress perception and emotion regulation types are important factors influencing the psychological stress of special soldiers.Therefore,adjusting the way of stress perception and emotion regulation types can effectively reduce the psychological stress level of special soldiers.
