摘　　要：目的探讨老年人日常生活照护需求现况及其影响因素,为老年人群日常生活照护提供证据支持。方法应用2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(Chinese longitudinal and health longevity study, CLHLS)调查资料,采用克兹指数(Katz)评估老年人群日常生活照护需求,采用多因素Logistic回归模型探讨老年人日常生活照护需求的相关影响因素。结果共纳入15 106名老年人,平均年龄(85.5±11.7)岁,女性8497人(56.2%)。老年人需日常生活照护3997人(26.5%)。多因素Logistic回归模型结果显示:年龄、健康自评差、缺乏体育锻炼等因素可能是增加老年人日常生活照护需求的危险因素(P <0.05)。结论我国老年人日常生活照护的需求不容乐观,应重视健康自评较差、参加体育锻炼较少的80~99岁及百岁老人,针对性增强照护服务,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the current demand of the elderly for daily life care and its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence support for daily care among the elderly. Methods The longitudinal data of Chinese Longitudinal and Health Longevity Study(CLHLS) in 2018 were used. Katz scale was used to evaluate the demand for daily life care of the elderly.Multivariate logistic regression was used to evaluate the related factors influencing the demands of the elderly for daily life care.Results A total of 15 106 old people, aged(85.5±11.7)years, including 8497 males(56.2%), were enrolled. Among them, 3997(26.5%) required daily life care. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, poor self-assessment of health, lack of physical exercise and other factors might be the risk factors increasing the demands for daily care among the elderly(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a great demand for daily care for the elderly in China. Attention should be paid to the elderly aged 80-99 and the centenarians with poor self-assessment of health and lack of physical exercise. Targeted nursing service should be provided to improve their quality of life.
