摘  要:为了研究液氢/液氧航天低温推进剂中液氧的气液相界面分布规律,本文利用低成本、易操控的磁补偿方法实现了地面微重力环境,研究了磁场自身的非均匀性对液氧相界面分布的影响。通过数值模拟,得到1×10^-3g0微重力水平可以还原真实空间微重力水平下液氧自由界面分布,由此构建了轴向非均匀度为0.1%的磁场,研究了磁场力非均匀度对液氧气液相界面爬升的影响规律。结果表明,当磁场力轴向非均匀度不高于0.1%、径向非均匀度不高于1.4%时,非均匀磁场力作用下液氧振荡稳定时间与均匀体积力作用时相对误差小于5%,自由液面曲率的相对误差小于1%,液氧相界面分布可以较好还原真实空间下液氧气液界面的分布。In order to reveal the gas-liquid interface distribution of liquid oxygen in liquid hydrogen/oxygen aerospace cryogenic propellant,a low-cost and easy-to-control magnetic compensation method is used to realize the ground microgravity environment,and the influence of the non-uniformity of the magnetic field on the interface distribution of liquid oxygen is studied.Through numerical simulation,1×10^-3g0 microgravity level can reduce the free interface distribution of liquid oxygen at the real space microgravity level,and the influence of the inhomogeneity of magnetic field force on the rise of gas-liquid interface of liquid oxygen is studied by constructing a magnetic field with the inhomogeneity in z direction of 0.1%.The results show that,when the radial non-uniformity of magnetic field force is not higher than 0.1%and the radial non-uniformity is not higher than 1.4%,the relative error of the oscillation settle time of liquid oxygen with inhomogeneous magnetic force and homogeneous field force is less than 5%and that of the free surface curvature of liquid oxygen is less than 1%,thus the distribution of phase interface of liquid oxygen can better reduce the distribution of gas-liquid interface of liquid oxygen in real space.
