摘 要:本文针对旋转式压缩机接线端子泄漏的问题,通过采用大量实验设计方法,研究了中频逆变焊和电容式储能电阻焊工艺,端子单品性能如玻璃体成分、密度、耐热冲击、耐机械冲击,钢芯端子与铜芯端子热膨胀系数、铁壳与玻璃体氧化层厚度、端子内应力以及电极偏移量等影响因素对旋转式压缩机接线端子泄漏的影响,并结合X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和热机械分析(TMA)等先进材料技术表征进行量化研究,分析了不同因素对接线端子泄漏的影响。结果表明,接线端子采用电容储能电阻焊工艺、玻璃体SiO2含量越高,玻璃体密度高,端子温度在304℃以下,采用热膨胀系数为10.2℃-1的钢芯,铁壳与端子玻璃体氧化层结合标准在3~7μm内。In order to solve the leakage problem of rotary compressor terminals,the intermediate frequency inverter welding and capacitive energy storage resistance welding processes by using a large number of experimental design methods is studies in this paper.The influence of properties of single terminal products,such as glass composition,density,heat shock resistance,mechanical shock resistance,coefficient of thermal expansion of steel core terminal and copper core terminal,thickness of oxide layer between iron shell and glass body,internal stress of terminal and electrode on the terminal leakage of rotary compressor are analyzed,and then studied quantitatively by combining with X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Thermomechanical Analyzer(TMA)and other advanced material technology characterization,and the influence of different factors on the terminal leakage is analyzed in detail.The results show that the higher the content of SiO2 in the glass,the higher the density of the glass,the temperature of the terminal is below 304℃,the steel core with coefficient of thermal expansion of 10.2℃-1 is used,the bonding standard between the iron shell and the oxide layer of the terminal glass is within 3~7μm.
