摘 要:壁挂空调导风方式和全封闭外观提升,其驱动机构运动频率和负载增大。本文构建了驱动齿轮副疲劳与磨损寿命模型,结合机械磨损实验数据利用有限元仿真,研究了啮合过程齿根弯曲应力、齿翼压应力及平均磨损系数的动态变化。结果表明:设计齿轮副弯曲疲劳安全系数为2.5倍,添加润滑剂可以使齿轮副寿命提高1.23倍,“高光注塑+润滑”可进一步延长寿命2.54倍,磨损系数降至3.85×10^-6 mm^3/(N·m),较无高光降低29.8%,而且齿顶圆角半径R由0.04 mm增大到0.30 mm,驱动开始处的压应力显著降低了53%,结束时降低了36%,齿顶圆角半径对磨损的影响比表面粗糙度和润滑条件等要大得多。The wall-mounted air conditioner has improved air guide mode and fully enclosed appearance,and its driving mechanism movement frequency and load also increase.In this paper,the fatigue and wear life model of the driving gear pair is constructed,combined with the experimental data of mechanical wear,and using finite element simulation,the dynamic changes of the tooth root bending stress,tooth wing compressive stress and average wear coefficient during the meshing process are studied.The results show that the bending fatigue safety factor of the designed gear pair is 2.5 times,the addition of lubricant can increase the life of the gear pair by 1.23 times,“high-gloss injection+lubrication”can further extend the life by 2.54 times,and the wear coefficient is reduced to 3.85×10^-6 mm^3/(N·m),29.8%lower than no highlight,and the addendum fillet radius R is increased from 0.04 mm to 0.30 mm,the compressive stress at the start of the drive is significantly reduced by 53%,and it is reduced by 36%at the end.The tip fillet radius has a greater influence on abrasion than the surface roughness and lubrication conditions.
