摘 要:为了研究当前集中供暖发展过程中,供热用户增多而供热量不足的难题,本文提出了一种新型组合式余热回收型供暖技术,通过降低供暖管网回水温度的方式,实现对抽凝两用机组中乏汽余热的回收,进而缓解供暖管网供热量不足的难题。并进一步结合实际工程案例,基于数值仿真模型,计算了该技术在该案例中的实际运行结果。结果表明,使用新型组合式余热回收型供暖技术后,供暖面积最大可扩容56.5%;新型组合式余热回收型供暖技术运行能效优越,供暖季总能效(HSPF)可达15.8,比仅采用电驱动水源热泵提高1倍以上。In order to study the problem of insufficient heat supply due to the increase of heating users in the development of central heating,a new type of combined waste heat recovery heating system is proposed in this paper.By reducing the backwater temperature of urban heating network,the waste heat recovery of exhaust steam in the condensing and pumping units can be realized,and the problem of insufficient heat supply in the urban heating network can be alleviated.Furthermore,based on the simulation model,the actual operation effect of the technology in the case is calculated.The results show that after using the new combined heat recovery heating system,the heating area can be expanded by 56.5%.And the operation energy efficiency is superior,the heating seasonal performance factor(HSPF)can reach 15.8,which is more than one time higher than that of only using electric driven water source heat pump.
