摘 要:离心压气机在长期的工作情况下,由于冲蚀磨损的缘故,其表面粗糙度会发生变化,对压气机气动性能也会造成一定影响,为了探究粗糙度对离心压气机气动性能的综合影响,采用CFX商用软件对某离心压气机进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:粗糙度的增大会缩小离心压气机的稳定工作范围,使压气机流量堵塞点提前到达;离心压气机气动性能对叶片表面粗糙度的变化最敏感;叶片表面整体粗糙度对压气机效率的衰减作用在数值上比各个局部粗糙度带来的效率衰减作用之和更小。该研究结果对压气机表面的制造抛光和维护清洗带来一定的参考价值。Under long-term working conditions,the surface roughness of a centrifugal compressor will change due to erosion wear,which will also have a certain impact on the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal compressor.In order to explore the comprehensive effect of roughness on the aerodynamic performance of a centrifugal compressor,a numerical simulation study of a centrifugal compressor was carried out by using CFX commercial software.The results show that the increase of roughness reduces the stable working range of centrifugal compressor and makes the flow plugging point of centrifugal compressor acquired in advance,and the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal compressor is most sensitive to the change of blade surface roughness.The attenuation effect of the overall blade surface roughness on the compressor efficiency is less numerically than the sum of the efficiency attenuation caused by each local roughness.The research results bring certain reference value to the manufacture,polishing,maintenance and cleaning of the compressor surface.
