摘　　要：文章分为打磨优化探究和故障处理指南两部分。主要阐述了GMC16A型钢轨打磨车的打磨优化思路,详细叙述了磨石选用、模式设置、落点误差等优化方式上的见解。其次列举了部分故障,并分析故障原因,提供处理经验。This paperis composed oftwo parts:the exploration of grinding optimization and the guide of fault handling.This paper mainly expounds the grinding optimization idea of GMC16 A rail grinder,and describes in detail the opinions on the optimization methods such as grindstone selection,mode setting,falling point error and so on.Secondly,some of the faults are listed,the causes of the faults are analyzed,and the treatment experience is provided.
