“法治安徽”研究的回溯与展望——基于CNKI论文的统计分析

摘　　要："法治安徽"是安徽省法治建设的任务目标和科学表达。基于中国知网(CNKI)收录的论文为统计样本,对"法治安徽"研究成果进行系统梳理,发现"法治安徽"研究存在选题内容相对集中、研究方法较为传统、研究层次明显失衡、成果影响相当有限等问题。展望未来,今后研究者应进一步拓展研究视阈、深化研究内容、创新研究方法,助力"法治安徽"研究向纵深推进。"The rule of law in Anhui" is the mission goal and scientific expression of the legal system construction in Anhui Province. Based on the statistical samples of the papers collected by CNKI, the research results of "rule of law in Anhui" are systematically combed, and it is found that the research of "rule of law in Anhui" shows such problems as relatively concentrated topics, relatively traditional research methods, obvious imbalances in research levels, and poor influence of research results. Looking forward to the future, researchers should further expand the research horizon, deepen the research content, and innovate research methods to help the "rule of law in Anhui" advance in depth.
