摘 要:考察不同还原剂对Pd/C催化剂性能的影响,发现不同还原剂还原的催化剂活性及选择性具有明显差异,甲酸钠还原的Pd/C催化剂活性及1,3-环己二酮选择性最好。进一步考察碱金属钠盐改性及助金属协同催化作用,结果表明,催化剂经Na2CO3、Na2B4O7改性后,催化剂活性及1,3-环己二酮的选择性均有明显提升,催化剂添加Pt助剂后活性及1,3-环己二酮的选择性均进一步提高。The effect of reduction methods on the performance of Pd/C catalysts was investigated,the activity and selectivity of the catalysts reduced by different methods had obvious differences.The Pd/C catalyst reduced by sodium formate had the best activity and selectivity of 1,3-cyclohexanedione.Further investigation of alkali metal sodium salt modification and synergistic catalysis of promoter metals showed the catalyst activity and the selectivity of 1,3-cyclohexanedione modified with Na2CO3 and Na2B4O7 were significantly improved.The catalyst activity and selectivity of 1,3-cyclohexanedione were further improved by adding Pt.
