摘 要:绝热固定床甲烷化工艺成熟并广泛应用于煤制天然气项目,催化剂床层压降是设计绝热固定床甲烷化工艺的重要参数。在实验装置上测试真实工业气体流经催化剂床层的压力降,结果表明,采用Ergun方程计算床层压降时需要用体积当量直径dv修正比表面积当量直径ds,则其计算结果与实验测试和工业实际运行结果基本吻合。研究真实工业气体流经催化剂床层的压力降特性,探索不同因素对压降影响的趋势规律,并提出工程设计或生产运行中降低床层压降的建议。Adiabatic fixed bed methanation process is mature and widely used in coal-to-gas projects,the pressure drop of catalyst bed is an important parameter in the design of adiabatic fixed bed methanation process.The pressure drop of the real industrial gas flowing through the catalyst bed was measured in the experimental device.It was concluded that the volume equivalent diameter dv was needed to be used to modify the specific surface area equivalent diameter ds when calculating the bed drop using the Ergun formula,and its calculation result was basically consistent with the experimental test and industrial actual operation results.The pressure drop characteristics of real industrial gas flowing through the catalyst bed were studied,the trend of different influencing factors on the pressure drop was explored,and suggestions were made to reduce the pressure drop during engineering design or industrial operation.
