摘 要:以甲醇和反式阿魏酸为原料,以浓硫酸为催化剂,通过酸催化法直接酯化合成阿魏酸甲酯。考察醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对阿魏酸甲酯合成反应的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:甲醇与反式阿魏酸物质的量比8∶1,浓硫酸用量为阿魏酸质量的6%,反应时间12 h。在此最佳反应条件下,阿魏酸甲酯转化率大于90%。In this paper,methyl trans-ferulate was synthesized with methanol and transferulic acid as raw materials,using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effect of molar ratio of methanol to acid,reaction time,and catalyst dosage on the synthesis of methyl ferulate were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as that mole ratio of trans-ferulic acid to methyl alcohol was 1∶8,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 6%of ferulic acid mass,and reaction time was 12 h.Under the optium reaction conditions,the conversion of methyl ferulate could reached more than 90%.
