试论慢性胰腺炎继发糖尿病的中医辨治

摘　　要：目的慢性胰腺炎继发糖尿病的发病率逐年增高,且临床误诊率极高,但目前慢性胰腺炎继发糖尿病尚缺乏系统的证候规律认识。笔者从胰脾解剖、生理、病理分析了胰脾相关理论,认为在功能上"胰属脾"。同时基于胰脾功能相关的理论,对慢性胰腺炎继发糖尿病的病因病机做了探讨,分别从"脾损为本,分期论治""以通为用,护胰缓糖""补气升提,减脆稳糖"等方面对辨治规律做了论述。The incidence of diabetes secondary to chronic pancreatitis is increasing year by year,and the rate of clinical misdiagnosis is very high.However,the differentiation and treatment of diabetes secondary to chronic pancreatitis still lacks systematic syndrome rules.According to the anatomy,physiology and pathology of the pancreas and spleen,this paper analyzes the relevant theories of the Chinese medical Yi and Pi.Based on the theories related to Chinese medical Yi and Pi functions,the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes secondary to chronic pancreatitis were discussed,and the differentiation and treatment rules were discussed from the aspects of"Pi damage as the basis,treatment by stages"and"Tongli Pi and Wei,protect Yi and relieve diabetes"as well as"tonifying qi and uplifting,stabilizing blood glucose".
