摘　　要：目的探讨盆底肌功能训练联合盆底治疗仪对孕产妇盆底功能的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的300例孕产妇,根据不同治疗方法分为两组。对照组(149例)行盆底肌功能训练,观察组(151例)在此基础上采用盆底治疗仪治疗。观察两组孕产妇的盆底肌力水平及盆底功能障碍发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组的盆底肌力水平均有所升高,且观察组的盆底肌力水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的盆底功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能训练联合盆底治疗仪可有效提高孕产妇的盆底肌力水平,降低盆底功能障碍发生率。Objective To explore the influence of pelvic floor muscle function training combined with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus on maternal pelvic floor function.Methods 300 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(149 cases)received pelvic floor muscle function training,and the observation group(151 cases)was treated with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus on this basis.The pelvic floor muscle strength level and pelvic floor dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength levels of the two groups increased,and the pelvic floor muscle strength level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle function combined with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength level of pregnant women,and reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction.
