摘　　要：目的探讨心脑宁胶囊辅助治疗对脑供血不足性眩晕症患者血清学指标水平的影响。方法选取我院2014年12月至2018年12月期间收治的脑供血不足性眩晕症患者150例,随机分为两组各75例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组采用尼莫地平治疗,观察组采用心脑宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗,比较两组患者的血清学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的血清PAF、TXB2、IL-8水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清PAF、TXB2、IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脑宁胶囊辅助治疗脑供血不足性眩晕症患者的效果较好,可调节血清学指标,降低不良反应发生风险,提高用药安全性。Objective To explore the influence of Xinnaoning capsule adjuvant therapy on serum indicator levels in patients with cerebral insufficiency vertigo.Methods 150 patients with cerebral insufficiency vertigo admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with nimodipine,and the observation group was treated with Xinnaoning capsules combined with nimodipine.The serological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the serum PAF,TXB2 and IL-8 levels between the two groups(-P>0.05).After treatment,the serum PAF,TXB2 and IL-8 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xinnaoning capsule adjuvant therapy in patients with cerebral insufficiency vertigo has better effect,which can adjust the serological indicators,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the drug safety.
