优质护理干预应用于尿毒症继发甲旁亢患者血液净化中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预应用于尿毒症继发甲旁亢患者血液净化中的效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2019年2月收治的尿毒症继发甲旁亢患者60例,按护理方式分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(优质护理干预)各30例。比较两组的心理状态、自我效能及并发症情况。结果研究组的并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够改善尿毒症继发甲旁亢患者血液净化治疗过程中的心理状态和自我效能,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the application of blood purification of uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods 60 uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected and equally divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(high-quality nursing intervention)according to the nursing methods.The psychological state,self efficacy and complications were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the GSES scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention can improve the psychological state and self efficacy of uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism during the blood purification,with lower incidence of complications.
