基于持续质量改进的医护一体化护理在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于持续质量改进的医护一体化护理在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月我院收治的76例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于持续质量改进的医护一体化护理,对比两组患者的遵医行为、疾病认知程度及生活质量。结果观察组遵医行为及疾病认知程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月后,观察组QLQ-C30功能量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于持续质量改进的医护一体化护理在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果显著,可显著提升患者遵医行为和疾病认知程度,进而有效改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated doctor-nurse nursing based on continuous quality improvement in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 76 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated doctor-nurse nursing intervention based on continuous quality improvement.The compliance behavior,disease cognition degree and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The scores of compliance behavior and disease cognition degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of QLQ-C30 functional scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated doctor-nurse nursing based on continuous quality improvement in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has significant application effect,which can significantly improve the compliance behavior and disease cognition degree of patients,and then effectively improve the quality of life.
