牦牛源副乳房链球菌的分离鉴定及部分生物学特性分析

摘　　要：从青海省某养殖场牦牛肺脏中分离出3株细菌,通过生化试验、16S rDNA序列分析、小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验检测。结果发现,这3株细菌为革兰氏阳性链球菌,与副乳房链球菌(Spu)同源性为99%;分离株在TSA琼脂培养基上呈光滑圆形,半透明的菌落,在血琼脂上呈α溶血;其中Spu-1分离株对小鼠具致病性;药敏试验显示,分离菌株均对链霉素耐药,对红霉素、阿奇霉素、万古霉素和麦迪霉素敏感。研究结果为了解牦牛副乳房链球菌的流行情况提供了新资料。Three bacteria were isolated from lung samples of yaks in Qinghai province,and biochemical tests,16S rDNA gene sequence analysis,mouse pathogenicity and antibiotic susceptibility tests were carried out.The results showed that the 3 isolates are Gram-positive Streptococcus,which shared 99%homology with Streptococcus parauberis.The colonies of the isolated strains on TSA agar appeared to be smooth,circular and translucent and hadα-hemolysis on blood agar.The isolated strain Spu-1 had certain pathogenicity to mice.The antibiotic sensitivity experiment showed that they were resistant to streptomycin,but sensitive to erythromycin,azithromycin,vancomycin and medecamycin.It was the first time to detect Streptococcus parauberis from yaks,and it provided new data for understanding the epidemic characteristics of Streptococcus parauberis.
