摘 要:大肠埃希氏菌复杂的耐药机制及多重耐药性限制了靶向治疗其感染的抗生素种类及数量,对环境、动物生产和人类健康等均造成不利影响,所以新型药物的研发或恢复药物敏感性成为迫切需求。近年的研究表明,中药以多组分、多作用靶点的特点在抗耐药菌及抗生素协同增效方面体现出一定的效果和优势,是解决大肠埃希氏菌耐药性问题的有效途径之一。论文从质粒、细胞膜通透性、酶、外排泵和生物膜等方面对动物源大肠埃希氏菌耐药机制以及中药对其耐药性消减作用方面的研究进行综述,以期为中药活性成分消减大肠埃希氏菌耐药性的深入研究及应用提供参考。The multi-drug resistance and complex drug resistance mechanism of Escherichia coli lead to a reduction in the number and types of antibiotics available to treat diseases caused by Escherichia coli,which causes adverse effects on the environment,animal production and human health,indicating the urgent need for novel drugs development or the recovery of drug sensitivity.In recent research,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine composed of multiple ingredients and targets on reducing drug-resistant bacteria and synergy with antibiotics has been confirmed,and traditional Chinese medicine is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of drug resistance of Escherichia coli.This article reviewed latest research on resistance mechanism of animal derived Escherichia coli and reduction effect of its resistance by traditional Chinese medicine from several aspects containing plasmids,cell membrane permeability,enzymes,efflux pumps and biofilms,hoping to provide a reference for the in-depth study and application on the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine to cut down the resistance of Escherichia coli.
