丁香提取物微乳对兔痒螨病的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：为评价不同剂量丁香提取物微乳对兔痒螨病的治疗效果及安全性,将50只自然感染痒螨的病兔随机分为5组,分别为丁香提取物微乳高、中、低剂量组(涂擦给药,每天分别4、2、1次,连用3 d),药物对照组(伊维菌素溶液涂擦)和感染对照组,另选健康兔10只作为健康对照组。试验第4天时进行血常规和血液生化指标检测,第7天和第14天进行治疗效果评价。结果表明,丁香提取物微乳不同剂量治疗后,病兔耳部症状均有改善,结痂脱落,螨虫数量明显减少,其中高、中剂量组感染程度及评分、虫体减少率与低剂量组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),高、中剂量组效果相当(P>0.05),且治疗有效率、虫体转阴率达100%;血常规指标、血液生化指标及组织器官未见明显异常变化。说明丁香提取物微乳对兔痒螨病具有显著疗效,使用安全,临床推荐用法用量为涂擦给药,每天2次,连用3 d。The aim of the present study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of different doses Eugenia caryophyllata extract microemulsion on Psoroptes cuniculi infection.Fifty rabbits,naturally infected with P.cuniculi,were randomly divided into 5 groups,which were high-,middle-and low-dose treated groups(embrocated 4 times,2 times,1times a day and used for 3 days),drug control group(embrocated ivermectin solution)and infection control group,10 healthy rabbits were selected as healthy control group.In addition to the hematological and blood biochemical indexes which were tested at 4 d,at 7 d,14 d,rabbit ears were examined in order to evaluate the therapeutic effects.After treatment with different doses of Eugenia caryophyllata extract microemulsion,the ear symptoms were improved,the scabs fell off,and the number of mites was significantly reduced.The symptom scores and the decrement rates of high-,middle-dose groups had extemely significant difference compared with low-dose group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between high-and middle-dose groups(P>0.05),the effective rate and negative conversion rate were 100%.There were no abnormal changes in blood physiological and biochemical indexes and organs.The results indicated that Eugenia caryophyllata extract microemulsion had remarkable therapeutic effects on P.cuniculi infection without side effects.The direction for use of Eugenia caryophyllata extract microemulsion was that embrocated 2 times per day for continuous 3 days.
