摘 要:研究CO2(g)-NH3(aq)-CaSO4·2H2O(s)三相体系中碳酸钙结晶工艺,以平均粒径及其分布函数的变异系数为评价指标考察反应温度、二水硫酸钙加料量、搅拌转速、二氧化碳流量对碳酸钙结晶的影响。最佳工艺条件为:一水合氨与二水硫酸钙物质的量之比1.85、温度323.15 K、二水硫酸钙加料量0.20 mol、搅拌转速600 r/min、CO2体积流量165 mL/min。在此工艺条件下制得粒径分布函数变异系数为37.84%、平均粒径为15.75μm的碳酸钙颗粒。The crystallization process of calcium carbonate in CO2(g)-NH3(aq)-CaSO4·2H2O(s)three-phase system is studied,the effects of temperature,calcium sulfate dihydrate dosage,stirring speed and carbon dioxide gas flow on the crystallization of calcium carbonate are investigated with the average particle size and the coefficient of variation of its distribution function as evaluation indexes.The optimized operating conditions for this process are as follows:The molar ratio of ammonia and calcium is 1.85,temperature is 323.15 K,the dosage of calcium sulfate dihydrate is 0.20 mol,stirring speed is 600 r/min,CO2 gas flow is 165 mL/min.Under these conditions,calcium carbonate particles with coefficient of variation of 37.84%and average particle size of15.75μm are prepared.
