摘　　要：运用Aspen Plus软件模拟溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸工艺包中的萃取、洗涤、反萃工艺流程,研究萃取温度、萃取相比对P2O5萃取率的影响,同时分别确定洗涤酸、脱盐水与有机相的体积比,并对模拟结果进行分析和讨论。结果表明,模拟结果可靠,能够为工程设计和实际生产提供理论指导和技术参考。Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the extraction,washing,and back extraction process in the purification of WPA process package by solvent extraction method.Study the effect of extraction temperature and extraction ratio on the extraction rate of P2 O5,and determine the volume ratio of washing acid,desalted water and organic phase respectively.The simulation results are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the simulation results are reliable and can provide theoretical guidance and technical reference for engineering design and actual production.
