摘 要:目的探讨血清维生素A和维生素E水平与先兆子痫的相关性。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月于新乡医学院第三附属医院进行产前检查的120例孕妇为研究对象,其中52例伴有先兆子痫(观察组),68例正常妊娠(对照组)。比较2组孕妇的年龄、孕周、产次、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油以及维生素A、维生素E水平,对有统计学意义的指标进一步行多因素logisitic回归分析,筛选孕妇先兆子痫发病的危险因素。结果2组孕妇的年龄、孕周、产次比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组孕妇的BMI及空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平高于对照组,维生素A和维生素E水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高BMI指数、高空腹血糖、高胆固醇、高三酰甘油、低维生素A、低维生素E是孕妇先兆子痫发病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论孕妇先兆子痫发病与BMI指数、血糖、血脂、维生素A、维生素E水平密切相关,临床上应该加以重视,改善患者的血糖、血脂水平,及时补充维生素A、维生素E。Objective To explore the effect of vitamin A and vitamin E on the occurrence of preeclampsia in pregnant women.Methods One hundred and twenty pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examination in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.Fifty-two pregnant women with preeclampsia were selected as observation group,and 68 normal pregnancy women were selected as control group.The age,gestational weeks,parity,body mass index(BMI)and the levels of fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,vitamin A and vitamin E were compared between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the indexes with statistically significant difference to screening the risk factors of preeclampsia in pregnant women.Results There was no significant difference in the age,gestational weeks and parity of pregnant women between the two groups(P>0.05).The BMI and the levels of the fasting blood glucose,the total cholesterol,the triglyceride of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the levels of vitamin A and vitamin E of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the high BMI,high fasting blood glucose,high cholesterol,high triglycerides and low vitamin A,low vitamin E were risk factors of preeclampsia in pregnant women.Conclusion The occurrence of preeclampsia in pregnant women is closely related to the BMI and the fasting blood glucose,blood lipids,vitamin A,vitamin E levels.Clinical attention should be paid to improve the patient’s blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and timely supply vitamin A and vitamin E.
