C臂X线下针刀钻孔减压治疗跟骨高压症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨C臂X线下针刀钻孔减压治疗跟骨高压症的应用疗效。方法60例跟骨高压症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用中药熏洗治疗,观察组患者采用中药熏洗联合C臂X线下针刀钻孔减压治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,与对照组的13.33%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用C臂X线下针刀钻孔减压联合中药熏洗治疗跟骨高压症的疗效理想,同时治疗安全性高,值得推广。Objective To discuss the practical efficacy of needle-knife drilling and decompression treating high pressure of calcaneus under C-arm X-ray.Methods A total of 60 patients with high pressure of calcaneus were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with needle-knife drilling and decompression under C-arm X-ray.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 10.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 13.33%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with needle-knife drilling and decompression under C-arm X-ray shows ideal efficacy for the treatment of high pressure of calcaneus,the treatment is safe and worthy of promotion.
