艾司奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法62例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各31例。两组均给予艾司奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后的生化指标[血浆胃泌素、转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]水平及自我管理水平,安全性及依从性。结果干预后4周,两组患者的胃泌素水平均低于本组干预前,TGF-α、EGF水平均高于本组干预前,且观察组患者的胃泌素(25.21±2.16)pg/ml低于对照组的(27.49±3.11)pg/ml,TGF-α(5.86±0.98)pg/ml、EGF(0.87±0.21)μg/L均高于对照组的(4.30±0.75)pg/ml、(0.67±0.18)μg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后4周,两组患者的日常生活、疾病知识、情绪管理、自我效能评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的恶心呕吐、血压波动、肝肾功能异常发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的遵医治疗率100.00%、按时用药率96.77%、定期复查率100.00%均高于对照组的70.97%、74.19%、77.42%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理用于消化性溃疡患者治疗中能改善生化指标水平,提高患者的自我管理能力,且未增加药物不良反应发生率,可提高患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the practical effect of esomeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 62 patients with peptic ulcer as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with esomeprazole.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The biochemical indicators[plasma gastrin,transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α),epidermal growth factor(EGF)]levels and self-management levels,safety and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results 4 weeks after intervention,the gastrin of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and TGF-αand EGF were higher than those before intervention;the gastrin(25.21±2.16)pg/ml of the observation group was lower than(27.49±3.11)pg/ml of the control group,and TGF-α(5.86±0.98)pg/ml and EGF(0.87±0.21)μg/L were higher than(4.30±0.75)pg/ml and(0.67±0.18)μg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 weeks after intervention,the daily life,disease knowledge,emotional management,self-efficacy score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically singificant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of nausea and vomiting,blood pressure fluctuation,abnormal liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance treatment rate of 100.00%,on-time medication rate of 96.77%,and regular review rate 100.00%of the observation group were all higher than 70.97%,74.19%,and 77.42%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer can improve the level of biochemical indicators and self-management ability of pa
