摘　　要：胰腺移植作为一种糖尿病治疗手段,治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病效果十分理想,临床开展胰腺移植已近60年。本文回顾了胰腺移植的历史背景,并对其目前的临床现状、受供体的选择、常用术式、术后并发症、免疫抑制剂的使用及其疗效进行阐述,以分析其未来的发展趋势。Pancreatic transplantation is one of the treatments for diabetes,and it is very ideal for insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.Pancreatic transplantation has been carried out for nearly 60 years.This paper has reviewed the background of pancreatic transplantation,and describes its current clinical status,donor selection strategy,common surgical methods,postoperative complications and immunosuppressant use,so as to analyze its future development trend.
