摘 要:目前糖尿病足感染的病原体鉴定主要采取培养法,但由于病原体生长缓慢、培养条件苛刻,易出现假阴性结果,以致抗感染疗效欠佳。近年来,分子技术的进步弥补了传统培养法的不足,让人类进一步认识了糖尿病足感染病原体的多样性与复杂性。本文基于国内外已有文献,重点对16S rRNA测序、宏基因组测序、转录组测序三种分子技术在糖尿病足感染中应用的研究进行总结,并对分子技术指导精准治疗糖尿病足感染的优势进行分析。Currently,the culture-based method is the main approach to identify pathogens of diabetic foot infection.However,falsenegative results are prone to occur because of the existence of slow-growing and fastidious pathogens,resulting in poor outcomes of anti-infective treatment.In recent years,advances in molecular technologies have overcome many inadequacies of the culture-based method,allowing us to further understand the diversity and complexity of pathogens of diabetic foot infections.This article mainly focuses on the research of 16S rRNA sequencing,metagenomic sequencing and metatranscriptomics in identification and precise treatment of diabetic foot infection based on existing literature at home and abroad.
