摘　　要：肩袖损伤是中老年和运动人群的常见损伤。其损伤的类型、撕裂的严重程度和肩袖肌肉的脂肪浸润程度决定了手术方案的选择、疗效和预后。肩袖索与肩袖的解剖结构密切相关,认清其解剖结构和功能有助于更好地理解肩袖损伤,对其治疗具有重要的价值。Rotator cuff tear is a common injury among middle-aged and old people and sportsmen.The tear's type and severity,together with fatty infiltration in rotator cuff muscles,determine the choice of surgery,and its effectiveness and prognosis.The rotator cable is tightly connected to rotator cuff,and recognition of its structure and function is helpful to us in understanding the rotator cuff tear and its treatment.
