非手术疗法治疗静脉性溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨非手术疗法治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的可行性、安全性和临床疗效。方法收集24例原发性静脉性溃疡患者,患肢溃疡平均面积为(13±9.7)cm2,均为小腿处溃疡。通过非手术疗法治疗静脉性溃疡:经压力治疗改善静脉血液淤积、系统药物治疗改善毛细血管微环境、新型敷料改善伤口局部环境。结果治疗3个月后23例患者溃疡创面均愈合,87.50%的患者可在2个月内达到创面痊愈。结论非手术疗法治疗原发性静脉性溃疡临床疗效满意,是一种安全、有效的治疗静脉性溃疡的疗法,可作为不愿选择手术治疗患者的治疗选择。Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and efficacy of non-surgical treatment for venous ulcer of lower extremities.Methods There were 24 cases with primary venous ulcer in the lower leg.The average ulcer area was(13±9.7)cm~2.Non-surgical therapy includes pressure therapy to improve venous blood congestion,systemic drug therapy to improve the capillary microenvironment,new dressings to improve the wound local environment.Results Twenty-three cases of ulcer wounds were cured with non-surgical therapy after 3 months,87.50%of them were cured within 2 months.Conclusion Non-operative therapy is a safe and effective treatment for primary venous ulcer.It can be used as a treatment option for patients who are unwilling to operate.
