摘 要:以降低船舶空调通风系统能耗为目标,针对某型试验船开展变风量节能技术研究。首先对管网送风稳定性及调节性进行分析,确定静压测点布置方案及阀门开度调节范围;然后分别从系统风量控制和新风量控制两个方面给出节能方案,提出“变静压-总风量”系统风量控制方法及“最小新风量+过渡季全新风”新风量控制方法,计算全年运行能耗验证节能效果。结果显示:“变静压-总风量”控制策略兼具节能性及响应快速性优势,总能耗降低约43%;新风量控制策略在环境温度舒适时关闭冷热源采用全新风调节室温,在保证环境质量的同时能够进一步提高节能效果约11%。In order to reduce the energy consumption of ship air conditioning and ventilation system,a study of variable-airvolume energy saving technology was carried out on a test ship.First,the stability and adjustability of pipe network were analyzed,and based on the results,the position of static pressure measuring point and the adjustment range of valve opening were determined.Then,the energy saving strategies were proposed,including the“Variable static pressure-Total air volume”total air volume control strategy and“Minimum fresh air volume+All fresh air in transitional season”fresh air volume control strategy,and the energy saving effect was analyzed by calculating the annual energy consumption.The results indicate that the“Variable static pressure-Total air volume”strategy not only has the advantage of energy saving,but also has the advantage of rapid response,the total energy consumption was reduced by about 43%.By turning off the cooling and heating source when the ambient temperature is comfortable,the fresh air volume control strategy can further improve the energy saving effect by about 11%while ensuring the environment quality.
