摘　　要：区块链的快速发展和普及,为网络社会网络舆情的传播提供了便捷的平台,这使得网络舆情逐渐成为人民群众最活跃的反映方式。当网络舆情涉及社会热点等问题时,会引起网民的快速关注,甚至引发突发事件和连锁反应,考察政府的治理干预能力,甚至对国家社会安全和稳定构成紧张。本文根据网络舆情传播的特点,从个体行为和群体社会强化两个方面揭示网络舆情传播的规律,并进一步从干预网络负面舆情和最大化网络正面和情感影响两个方面构建干预和引导模式,从而全面、系统地分析基于区块链技术的在线网络社会的网络舆情传播和干预,为政府应对网络舆情传播提供有效的理论指导。The rapid development and popularization of the blockchain provides a convenient platform for online social network public opinion dissemination,on the basis of mining online social network public opinion propagation features,reveals online social network public opinion propagation rules from two aspects of individual behavior and group social strengthening respectively,and advances One step is to build an intervention guidance model from two aspects:negative network public opinion intervention and positive network and maximizing the impact of public opinion,comprehensively and systematically analyze the online social network public opinion communication and intervention issues,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the government to effectively respond to online social network public opinion communication.
