言语行为理论视角下指示性通知以言行事的个案分析

摘　　要：言语行为理论对公文文本具有较强的解释力。本文主要运用塞尔的言语行为理论,结合公文文本自身的特点,建立新的公文文本分析框架,将公文中的言语行为分为阐述类、评价类、预测类、宣告类和指令类五种。在新的公文文本分析框架下,对一篇指示性通知个案的语句进行分解归类和编码,详细分析该指示性通知在其文本语言中所蕴含的言外之力,总结每类言语行为在管理活动中的具体作用以及语言形式特征。通过个案研究,更详细、直观地探究公文文本以言行事的具体表现,更深入地理解公文的语言,更高效地写作公文。Speech act theory has a strong explanatory power for official documents.This paper mainly uses Searle’s speech act theory and combines the characteristics of official documents to establish a new analysis framework.The speech acts in official documents are divided into reprensentatives,evaluations,predictives,declarations and directives.Under the new analysis framework,this paper decomposes,classifies and codes the sentences of a directive notice case,analyzes the illocutionary force contained in detail,and summarizes the specific functions of each kind of speech act in management activities,as well as the linguistic features of several types of speech acts.Through the case study,we can have a more detailed and intuitive view of how official documents do things with words,understand the words of official documents more deeply,and write them more efficiently.
